Jon Karl: ‘Republicans Have a Majority, But They Don’t Have a Governing Majority’

‘This is far beyond just losing on health care’

KARL: "Well, Republicans have a majority, but they don’t have a governing majority. And this talk of well, now we’re going to go onto tax reform, forget tax reform. How are they going to keep the government funded? In April, funding runs out for the government. Right now, there is not a Republican coalition to turn the lights on, to keep the lights on in the federal government. They, at this point, would need help from Democrats just to do that. This is a crisis and the White House knows this is a crisis. This is far beyond just losing on health care."
