BLACKBURN: "What we are looking at right now, Ed, I think is a bill I would say is trending toward a yes. I was pleased at language I have that would halt the Medicaid expansion. The pro-life language that you just mentioned, those are provisions that are included in the bill and I think one thing that we as conservatives want to see. We know this is important for the President. He wants to push forward with getting these taxes off the books. He wants to push forward with the repeal of ObamaCare, and one of the things we’re focusing on today is how this vote is going to affect him and the balance of his agenda and the balance of our agenda. Tax reform, broadband expansion, infrastructure, all those things."
