“Had we done our job, that 14 year-old girl would never have been raped," National Border Council President Brandon Judd testified in a Senate hearing Wednesday.

Questioned about reports that a 14 year-old girl at a Maryland public school was raped by an illegal alien who was on their “alien removal” list, Judd blamed the inability to detain and deport previously-identified illegal aliens:

"Senator, had we done our job, that 14-year-old girl would never have been raped. Period. That's all there is to it.
