SPICER: "We are obviously — we believe that this is a great opportunity to achieve the principles that we laid out to the American people. We are not looking — this is not — the President made clear yesterday when he visited with the conference, he’s not there to threaten them and explain the political landscape to them and to explain that when you keep your promise, no matter what business you’re in, you tend to be rewarded by, you know, whether it’s your customers, your friends, your family, your voters, that Washington for too long has suffered a deficit of trust and he made very clear to the American people that if you gave us this opportunity and this honor to govern, that we would get certain things done and this was on the top of that list. This bill represents the best chance of repealing and replacing ObamaCare and instilling a patient-centric health care system that increases choice and lowers costs and this is the only train leaving the station."
