But the fist thing would be to get rid of that tweeting capability and really rely on speaking on issues where he has backup from a White House staff. Secondly, there are too many points of power in the White House staff right now. Too many competing areas within the White House. I’m a believer that you only have one chief of staff and that the chief of staff should be responsible for handling the other staffs. I don’t like people wandering around the White House who have no -- no specific responsibilities. So they wind up going to meetings, they talk but they really don’t have any responsibility. That was part of the problem I faced when I became chief of staff to Bill Clinton. I think he’s got — he’s got to focus on better organization within the White House so that it gives him the support he needs as president.”
