DNC Chairman Calls Trump Travel Ban ‘Unconstitutional,’ But Can’t Explain Why

That is why -- this president should have vetted his own nominees.”
BARTIROMO: “How could he? How could he do a better job the first time around when the Democrats did not confirm his nominees for his cabinet?”
PEREZ: “Democrats don’t -- Maria, Democrats don't do the vetting for appointees; the Republican administration, it's their responsibility.”
