Rand Paul to Paul Ryan: He’s Wrong, ‘We Did Not Campaign on Paul Ryan’s Plan’

PAUL: "I think Paul Ryan's selling him a bill of goods that he didn't explain to the president that the grass-roots doesn't want what Paul Ryan is selling. I think it's very appropriate that the president goes to Congress and says "Write this bill" and then he gets the leadership coming back and saying "We're going to write it and everybody loves it, this is what we campaigned on." We did not campaign on Paul Ryan's plan."
