GINGRICH: "Second, of course, Maddow is fake news. So the fact that she had a fake news hysteria attack shouldn’t surprise anybody. The president -- the actual material we've seen so far, it turns out, guess what? Donald Trump is rich. As a rich person he makes a lot of money. As a smart rich money he uses his lawyers and accountants to minimize his tax liability. And yet, he still paid 25 percent of his income in -- in taxes which for a very wealthy person is a pretty high number. And I think that it’s proof that -- look, he is a remarkably successful guy who has played by the rules and that particular tax return just proves that 'The New York Times' is wrong all along and that Donald Trump is -- is a genuinely successful man."
