SCHUMER: "The nonpartisan scorekeepers have spoken clearly and they — they are being attacked now. Guess who chose the head of CBO? Doctor Price. Guess where this man worked? The Mercatus Institute funded in good part by the Koch brothers. And now they're saying what he's saying isn't real. I mean, do facts matter anymore to our colleagues, to the President? Does truth matter? Sad, as somebody once said."
