Rep. Rogers: Thousands of Soldiers Now Believe There’s a ‘Price on Their Head’

‘Some notion that this is some noble exchange across the bridge with two law-abiding parties is wrong’

House Intel Chair: 'It's Not Just About One Soldier' (CNS News)

Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.), chairman of the House intelligence committee, says there's nothing "noble" about the Obama administration's prisoner swap.

"It's not just about one soldier," Rogers told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" on Tuesday. "You have thousands of soldiers in the battle states today -- and diplomats -- who now believe that they've put a price on their head" with the prisoner exchange.

Consider the brutality of the people with whom you're trying to negotiate, Rogers said: "Some notion that this is some noble exchange across the bridge with two law-abiding parties is wrong."
