It sounds like this is a political issue and I think the first question is unless there was evidence of collusion or promising made during the campaign or in the transition with regard to Russian officials, what is exactly would a prosecutor be investigating, now, there are intelligence matters that need to be addressed. That should be handled by Congress but not by special counsel."
