Gowdy: Let the FBI Do Its Job, I Don’t See the Need for Special Counsel

‘Until someone convince me they are not up to the challenge, I don’t see the need for special counsel’

RUSH EXCERPT:
GOWDY: "I have a history with Director Comey. I have found him to be forthcoming outside of a courtroom. I think the members of the House Intel Committee received update on the status of the inquiry, so I’m disappointed when I hear Democrats say they didn’t learn anything. We learned a lot. Where we go from here is Congress does its job and we have robust raw power to conduct oversight but we have no power to investigate crimes or leaks. Let the FBI do its job. The Attorney General recused himself. There are men when women who have dedicated their lives to the pursuit of justice. Until someone convince me they are not up to the challenge, I don’t see the need for special counsel."
