REPORTER: “The President has repeatedly, including today, called for major infrastructure plan to the tune of $1 trillion for bridges, tunnels, you name it. Can you explain where that money will come from, how it fits into the budget that’s under review right now, and what the timeline for that project would be?”
SPICER: “I think that would be part of a longer term discussion that we’re having with Congress. As you know, the President came in office 30-some odd days ago. The idea of getting a budget is commonly referred to as a skinny budget, is to get the government continue to be to be funding and it's something that we'll work with the Congress.
