Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin: ObamaCare Is an ‘Unmitigated Disaster’

‘There will be a repeal, there will be a replacement’

BEVIN: "I want to -- I want to address, as governor of Kentucky. You have often heard our state used as an example to counter the statement that was just made as to the abject failure of ObamaCare. And it has been a failure, and it's not just an average. It's not just a broad stripe. It has been individually, state by state, a failure. In Kentucky, which has long been vaunted as an example of the opposite, I'm telling you as a matter of fact it's been an unmitigated disaster. The whole point of health care coverage is of no value if you don't create better health outcomes. And I think the point that was just noted is one that should not get lost in the course of this entire dialogue."
