Ruth Bader Ginsburg Says That Though Times Are Tough in America, Public Reaction Gives Her ‘Hope’ (Mediaite)

During a recent appearance on the BBC, Ruth Bader Ginsburg had a lot to say about the “terrible things” going on in the country right now and her hope that Americans can learn from them.

“I would say that we are not experiencing the best of times,” she observed, “but there is hope in seeing how the public is reacting to it. The women’s march, I’ve never seen such a demonstration — both the numbers and the rapport of the people in that crowd.”

She recently spoke about how “disheartening” she finds the proposed restriction of American borders, too.
