Todd Starnes: ‘American News Rooms Are the Least Diverse Area in the Entire Country’

KILMEADE: "Todd, are you surprised by the way the media is reacting to Donald Trump calling them out last week?" 
STARNES: "Absolutely positively not. As a matter of fact, as I write in the book, American newsrooms are the least diverse area in the entire country. Like Steve just said, those numbers are coming from the Center for Public Integrity. More than 96 percent of the campaign cash going to Hillary Clinton. But it goes beyond that. 'The Washington Post' says barely 7 percent of journalists, working journalists consider themselves to be Republican. And then you look at the people who go to church. Barely 8 percent of journalists attend church. So you can understand why there is such a bias in their coverage against those so-called gun toting, Bible clinging deplorables."
