Mark Warner Corrects CNN’s Camerota: ‘Nothing Alleged’ About Russia’s Hacking

‘There is nothing alleged about this hacking’

EXCERPT:

CAMEROTA: "You bring up that alleged Russian hacking into at the election."
WARNER: "There's nothing alleged about this hacking."
CAMEROTA: "Well, let's talk about that, senator, because I know that you're spearheading an investigation into it. What have you found?"
WARNER: "There are three areas that we're looking into. First, the Russian use of disinformation. And as a matter of fact, there were close to 1,000 Russian hackers working out of a single factory as internet trolls placing fake news and manipulating some of the algorithms that Google used. A few weeks back, if you typed ‘ODNI’ and ‘hacking’, ‘the director of national intelligence’ and ‘hacking’, you'd have five or six Russian sites come up, Russian propaganda sites that are number one."
