CRUZ: "And what Justice Stevens, a noted liberal for the Supreme Court, in a 6-3 decision upholding that law said is that voter fraud undermines the integrity of the election. And the people that are hurt the most just as Stevens explained, are minorities, are Hispanics or African-Americans, because they are frequently the people whose votes are being stolen. So when Democratic politicians -- when Democratic politicians embrace and defend voter fraud, it undermines the integrity of our basic democratic system. I think that’s unfortunate."
