Former MSNBC host appeared on the network Monday morning as a guest to give her take on Donald Trump keeping campaign promises.

"Krystal, one of the things that is notable about everything the president has done over the last seven, eight days, these are all things, as somebody who conquered the Republican campaign since the beginning, he said he would do all this stuff. He said he was going to put in place these executive orders. Why are Democrats seemingly so surprised by this?" current MSNBC anchor Hallie Jackson asked the ex-MSNBCer.

"I don't think we're surprised," Ball said to Jackson, "But I do think a lot of folks who voted for him thought this is a businessman, we don't really like Hillary Clinton. Remember the mantra during the campaign was always take him seriously but not literally."
