Fox News: Trump Signs Exec. Orders Withdrawing U.S. from TPP and Instituting Federal Hiring Freeze

PRIEBUS: “All right, we are going to sign three memorandums right now. The first one is withdrawal of the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.”
TRUMP: “Everyone knows what that means, right? We have been talking about this for a long time. Okay. Great thing for the American worker, what we just did.”
PRIEBUS: “Next is a federal government employee hiring freeze.”
TRUMP: “Except for the military. Except for the military.”
PRIEBUS: “Next is the policy with regard to Mexico City.”
TRUMP: “That’s it. Thank you very much.”
