Bob Shrum: Jeb Bush Will Be the GOP’s 2016 Nominee; Rubio ‘Knows He Can’t Run’

SHRUM: "Well I just think Rubio is in real trouble in terms of getting the nomination. I think Robert's right. Jeb Bush is the favorite. I think he is going to run, the Republican establishment is gathering him around. I don't know if you noticed, but in that interview Ronan, yesterday, he gave himself a big out. He said well, he had to decide whether or not he could contribute more and achieve more by being in the Senate or the White House. Now, unless he's Ted Kennedy, that's a really strange argument, may give him a rationalization. I think he thinks Bush is probably going to run and he's very concerned about what he can do under those circumstances. I think he knows he can't run. Hillary Clinton would do very, very well against him."
