As you mentioned in your opening remarks, more than 60 percent of DoE's budget deals with nuclear energy. , and I think many Americans were concerned about President-elect Trump's remarks regarding allowing or supporting more countries around the world to get nuclear weapons. The United States under Democratic and Republican administrations for many, many decades now has been strong in saying that we want not to be testing nuclear weapons. Can you give us some insurance that you are within the mainstream and saying that testing of nuclear weapons is a dangerous idea?"
