Andrew Cuomo: Trump and I Discussed the ‘Pitfalls’ of Repealing ObamaCare on NY

CUOMO: “We discussed -- we discussed how the Affordable Care Act affects New York and the pitfalls of a repeal plan, which would be dramatic on the state of New York."
REPORTER: "How did he react when you told him about that?"
CUOMO: "He is a New Yorker, and my sense is that he understood exactly what I was saying and the magnitude of what I was saying. Three million uninsured people would be a problem. We talked about state control, and to me it's more a question of resources; as long as the federal government is providing the resources so we make sure the progress we made isn't lost."
