MEYER: "Yeah. Pretty obvious to tell he is trying too hard. Searching for 2004 moment for Obama at the DNC. Trying to come out in 2020. Set himself up to run poor president. The problem is he has a history whether in the Senate or back in new Jersey — and we interviewed Bernie Sanders supporters on this. They think is he a centrist corporate hack. In order to curry favor with the left he is having to overcompensate. Clearly overcompensating. Look at his face. Is he trying to hard. And he wants to run for 2020. Trying to use a good man, Senator Sessions to do. So he has hired senior black officials to be in his staff. He supported Obama’s African-American nominees. And he was supported the death penalty penalty of the KKK. The man is not a racist."
