Jack Keane: Putin’s Blowing Off the Sanctions; They’re Not Tough Enough

KEANE: “Well, first of all, sanctions had impact on the Iranians they have had very dill impact on Putin, he has taken considerably aggressive assertive action despite sanctions so blown them off two conclusions one sanctions don’t impact Putin very much, two, the sanctions are not tough enough, listen, in that testimony that Tillerson provided, most of the surprise I think of the Senate foreign relations committee he told them he would have confronted Russia, over Ukraine, by providing lethal aide and assistance to Ukrainian military force in a way object administration refused to do that is a military statement, questions much further than sanctions he says.”
