Steve Rattner: Trump ‘Has Effectively Two Chiefs of Staff, Bannon and Reince Priebus’

‘He leans heavily on Reince Priebus’

EXCERPT:

RATTNER: "Well, that may well be true. I wouldn’t disagree with Robert on that on the foreign policy side. But when you look at the domestic policy side, he has effectively two chiefs of staff, Bannon and Reince Priebus, one of whom has never been in the government. He's got the head of the National Economic Council, Gary Cohn, who is a very good guy but he's a Goldman Sachs guy, he's never been in Washington. He's got a treasury secretary from Goldman Sachs, never been in Washington."
