Giuliani: Obama’s Legacies Are ObamaCare and ISIS

DOOCY: "What is his legacy?" 
GIULIANI: "ObamaCare and the terrible disasters in the Middle East. Bringing ISIS back in, actually helping to create the ground work on which ISIS —" 
DOOCY: "Inadvertently. I don’t think he will mention these things tonight." 
GIULIANI: "No, but those are his legacies. When he came in there was no ISIS. Now there is ISIS. When he came in, there was no ObamaCare, now there is ObamaCare. A recovery that was tepid. The only president that I know of that didn’t have 2 percent growth at any time in any one year that he was president. Hard to find a real accomplishment that — maybe that is why 65 percent of the American people think the country is moving in the wrong direction."
