Howard Dean: Right-Wing Nut Cases at ‘The National Review’ Should Be Ignored

‘I don’t give a damn about what these people think’

Howard Dean: National Review ‘Just Silly’ (Politico)

Howard Dean attacked the National Review magazine on Thursday, claiming a recent column on Attorney General Eric Holder was “silly, right-wing nonsense” and charging the magazine also took him out of context in a recent post.

“This is silly right-wing nonsense,” Dean said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” “The National Review is just silly.”

“Right-wing conservative nut case,” he continued. “The National Review? Let me just be blunt about the National Review. They claimed last week that I said that the death of four Americans in Benghazi was a joke. What I said was that the investigation was a joke. This is crap. Who gives a damn? This is why I don’t read editorial pages because I don’t give a damn about what these people think.”
