Graham: I’m Not Sure Trump’s Use of Twitter ‘Is the Best Way to Communicate’

GRAHAM: "Well, when it comes to the nuclear issue, President-elect Trump said we need to modernize our nuclear force, and we do, as some of it is falling into a state of disrepair. I will be honest with you. I am not so sure this is the best way to communicate. It’s up to him. He beat me. He is president of the United States. All I can say is that, one thing Putin has done, he has brought Democrats and Republicans together to go after him. I think most of us, Democrats and Republicans, really believe that Russia is up to no good all over the world. They’re trying to break the back of democracies. And if we don’t push back against Putin, Iran and China, they could hack into our systems.
