HOOK: "Well, we know it will be a lot different and we saw a couple of tweets from President-elect Trump saying as much. I suspect that he will use this vote when he comes into office to leverage some reforms at the United Nations. You know, right now, at the U.N., 70 percent of the entire budget is spent on personnel and United States pays 22 percent of the total budget. And so there are a lot of, I think, reforms, institutional structural reforms at the U.N. that could be done. I think that he will probably look at U.N. voting patterns and if people want to go against us at the United Nations, there will probably be consequences for the bilateral relationship."
