Ben Rhodes: ‘Facts Are Clear’ Russia Was Behind Hacking of Our Election

RHODES: "We have to operate on the basis of facts in the U.S. Government. The facts are very clear that Russia was behind this. We do feel like we need to do what is necessary to respond. We feel like people of both political parties across the spectrum should be concerned about what Russia is doing. In the past, we've been criticized, often by Republicans, for not being harder on Russia. We would think that something as significant as Russia hacking into political organizations in the midst of our election should invite a bipartisan response. That’s what we’re going to continue to advocate."
