If Sarah Palin were president, the former Vice Presidential candidate announced at the National Rifle Association’s “Stand and Fight Rally” Sunday afternoon, a whole bunch of things would be different, starting with the United States’ queasy relationship with torture. “If I were in charge,” Palin said, “[America's enemies] would know that waterboarding is how we baptize terrorists.”
