Sheriff Clarke: Cop Killers Should Receive the Death Penalty

CLARKE: "Well, first of all, I think any murder is a hate crime. You have to hate somebody to murder them. But I think killing a law enforcement officer should be a capital crime punishable by death. And if there are certain states that don't have a death penalty, then the federal government or federal court system should enact a death penalty for these cases and they should be -- they should go through the federal system and upon conviction they should be put to death."
