After a months-long contentious feud with Donald Trump, billionaire Mark Cuban is now expressing a degree of cautious optimism about the President-elect.

Speaking with CNBC Wednesday in adavnce of his testimony before the Senate about the proposed AT&T-Time Warner merger, the Dallas Mavericks owner likened Trump to a “No. 1 draft pick.”

“He’s who we put our hopes and dreams with, and we’re gonna believe in him. Right now, it’s a little bit easier because we haven’t played a game yet,” Cuban said.
