Dem Rep. Moulton: Obama Pulled Troops from Iraq Without a Plan to ‘Ensure the Peace’

MOULTON: "Well, look, it's -- it's been rather mixed. I mean, President Obama prevented an attack on the homeland. He's dealt with an incredibly difficult, complex worldwide situation, especially in the Middle East. He did pull the troops out of the Middle East, out of Iraq, but the problem is --"
BLITZER: "Was that a mistake?"
MOULTON:"Well the problem is, he pulled the troops out and then had no political plan to ensure the peace. And so, a few years later he had to send the troops back and we're still there now."
