Huckabee: Romney Insulted All the ‘Smart People Who Voted for Trump’

HUCKABEE: "People who supported Trump would really feel in a sense betrayed if Mitt Romney is selected. Here's why. Mitt Romney didn’t just insult Donald Trump. He insulted all those Trump voters because he basically said 'If you voted for Donald Trump you're following a conman, a phony, a fraud, a guy who is a failed businessman. You're an idiot for doing that.' And they’re not stupid people. These are smart people who voted for Trump. That’s why he won. And as a result I don't understand it other than I think he's getting a lot of pressure to show that he’s magnanimous."
