Commerce Secretary Nominee Wilbur Ross: TPP Is Not Going to Happen

BARTIROMO: "Then there is trade, Wilbur, and a lot of people are worrying that Donald Trump is pulling out of TPP. We had Nicholas Burns on the show, earlier this morning, and he said, 'Look, this is a 40 percent of global GDP. We need to do the Trans Pacific Partnership."
ROSS: "It's not going to happen."
BARTIROMO: "But why?"
ROSS: "Because it's a flawed agreement."
