MSNBC: Trump Taps Tom Price To Be HHS Secretary

“President-elect Donald Trump has chosen Republican congressman Tom Price of Georgia to be the next secretary of Health and Human Services. Price is an orthopedic surgeon who was just elected to his seventh term. He is chairman of the House Budget Committee where he has worked on reducing the deficit and was the House point person for crafting legislation to replace the Affordable Care Act. Price told reporters Congress will begin an overhaul of Medicare within the first six to eight months of Trump's administration and Democrats have said it's tantamount to privatizing that program."
