Michael McFaul: Russia ‘Delighted that Donald Trump Won’

MCFAUL: "Of course they are delighted that Donald Trump won and will be the next president. He has been inconsistent on a lot of foreign policies, but he's been very consistent with respect to Russia. He wants a new beginning and reset with Russia. I have no doubt that he and president Putin will try to do that. It's also important to look at who the team will be. Because with the president that doesn't have a lot of foreign policy experience, those different advisers will have a great deal of influence and particularly at the Pentagon who is chosen to be secretary of defense matters a great deal."
