Sanders Rejects Dems’ Blame of Comey, Says Working Class Didn’t Think Clinton Would Fight for Them

‘It is fair to say that the working class of this country did not believe that she was prepared to stand up and fight for them’

SANDERS: "Well, you can look at politics in many, many ways. I think what the FBI did was unacceptable. They got involved in a presidential election in an unprecedented way and I think that's one that hurt Clinton. But to your point, there's more to the point. It's not just one instance. You know, I like Hillary Clinton and I've knocked my brains out to get her elected but I think it is fair to say that the working class of this country did not believe that she was prepared to stand up and fight for them."
