Dean: Trump’s Given ‘Permission’ to Racist Groups to Increase Minority Attacks

DEAN: "You know, I think we’re going to see what he does. You know, we saw a lot of rhetoric on the campaign trail. Some of it very destructive. I am disturbed by the apparent permission that this has all given racist groups to increase the number of attacks on members of minorities, which has happened, the same thing that happened in Brexit in England. So, I -- you know, we’ll see how he does. Hopefully, there will be some things we can all agree on and -- and that’s what we should all hope for. We should hope for his success, but it's -- you know, it was a pretty scary campaign."
