W.H.: ‘Deeply Discouraging How Unfairly’ Merrick Garland Has Been Treated

EARNEST: "I don’t know that President Obama has had an opportunity to speak with chief judge Garland today. The truth is our view of this situation has not changed. It’s deeply discouraging how unfairly he has been treated by Republicans in the United States Senate who abdicated their basic responsibility to give him a hearing and a timely vote."
