(Laughter) The Affordable Care Act was one of last pieces of major legislation. ... I don't know if there's that much legislation that's going on that requires a review ... I don't know what the course of litigation would be ... I don't know the total impact of this but a lot of the cases are being siphoned off ... to mediation or arbitration."
