FBI Director: No ‘Sufficient’ Evidence that Clinton Broke the Law

COMEY: "We think she was classified at that time."
SASSE: "Do you have evidence?"
COMEY: "We have no evidence sufficient to justify conclusion that she violated any statutes with regard to classified information."
SASSE: "Is the any difference between that statement and that the prosecutor would bring no changes the day you made your annoncment."
COMEY: "I think given the evidence this cape. No prosecutor we try to bring this case."
