‘I’m going to be very intentional about protecting the integrity of the investigation and in so doing, I’m not going to release the video right now’

PUTNEY: "We release it when we believe there’s a compelling reason but I’m not going to jeopardize the investigation. Right now even though we are investigating we probably wouldn’t be long-term because a request has also been made that an objective party, the FBI, move forward in the investigation. I’m not going to release anything that would be on somebody else to release, sir."
