Willie, I think they stopped a little short of intentional but I think they do have a very good case that it was a Russian aircraft in the area, actually a ground attack aircraft, a Sukhoi 24. And so, I’m -- I'm very comfortable that this was an air strike, that it was conducted -- conducted by the Russians. Now, whether or not it was intentional, a more difficult to determine."
