"If you’re doing the job, you deserve to get the pay. And so how are we going to fund this? I’ll tell you, we are going where the money is. We’re going to the people who have made the money in the last 15 years. We’re going to the top one percent, 10 percent, the millionaires, the billionaires, they’re going to have to start paying for support being our military, supporting our education system, supporting our health care system.
