FOX NEWS: "From the moment the Iran nuclear deal was struck in Vienna, critics warned of modifications, side deals and other means by which the terms might effectively change during implementation. Now David Albright, nuclear analyst, has issued a report first disclosed by Reuters charging that the joint commission established to oversee implementation of the deal, a group comprised of Iran, the U.S., and the five other nations that negotiated it, has been secretly weakening language related to caps on enriched Uranium, its operation of so-called hot cells, and Iran’s storage of heavy water. The process in general raises the question of whether Iran is exploiting the exemption mechanism outside of public oversight to systematically weaken as many of the deal limitations as possible, they write, adding it appears to be succeeding in several key areas."
