CNN’s New Day panel said Democrats face a tough year ahead, largely due to the disastrous Obamacare rollout and its long-term affects.

Americans are frustrated with Democrats because of the President’s failure to successfully implement his signature piece of legacy- Obamacare. Their anger with President Obama is evident in polls. John King cited a new Quinnipiac poll that reported the President’s approval rating has fallen to just 39% in Iowa and predicted that such a low number will spell doom for Democrats.

National Journal’s Ron Fournier told the panel, “If you put yourself in the shoes of an average American, a year or so ago, your premium went up, you blamed the [insurance] company- now you blame Democrats.”
