MSNBC expert Dr. Dave Campbell said Friday on Morning Joe he would give Obamacare a “D” grade and that more problems will affect the health insurance markets.

Campbell was asked about the Obamacare markets in the wake of health insurance giant Aetnapulling its business from 70 percent of the counties in the United States because of the financial losses it was suffering.

Campbell said the problem with Obamacare is the rules that are artificial to the industry.
